Outdoor A-League
A-League Schedule
* The outdoor A-LEAGUE season generally commences on the first Tuesday in May and ends on the second or third Tuesday in August.
* Semi-finals are generally scheduled on the second Tuesday in August.
* Finals are generally scheduled on the third (or second last) Tuesday in August.
* All games are played on TUESDAYS at Hawkings Field, unless otherwise stated on the schedule.
* Game time will vary from week to week (7:00pm, 8:15pm, or 9:30pm) and will consist of 2 x 30-minute halves.
* Matches will NOT be cancelled / rescheduled because of rain, sleet, or snow. The only exception is in the case of lightning!
* Players who are selected to a provincial under-21 or senior team are NOT eligible to play in either 'B' or 'C' league for TWO years from the date that they are named to the respective team. These players are only eligible to play on and must be registered with an 'A' league team.
* Players who are named to a varsity team are NOT eligible to play in either 'B' or 'C' league for TWO years from the date that they are named to the varsity team. These players are currently only eligible to play on an 'A' league team.
* For the 2010 season, the league put a 'hold' on the above policy regarding eligibility for re-evaluation. Teams are permitted to have a maximum of 3 varsity athletes on their roster. This policy may revert back to the existing policy for the 2011 season.
* EXCEPTION: Goalies are eligible to play on ANY of and ANY NUMBER of the ladies' leagues teams. This applies to both indoor and outdoor.
Outdoor B-League
B-League Schedule
* The outdoor B-LEAGUE season generally commences the first week (Monday and Wednesday) in May and ends the last week in August.
* Semi-finals are generally scheduled on the second last Monday and Wednesday in August.
* Finals are generally scheduled on the last Monday and Wednesday in August.
* A combined 'B'/'C' league wrap-up tournament is generally held on the weekend of the season.
* MONDAY games will be played at either Hawkings Field, unless stated otherwise on the schedule.
* There will also be some weeks where teams will play on Wednesday or twice in one week - i.e. both Monday and Wednesday. WEDNESDAY games will generally be played at the McMahon Stadium.
* Game time will vary from week to week (7:00pm, 8:15pm, or 9:30pm) and will consist of 2 x 30-minute halves.
* Matches may only be cancelled at the discretion of the umpires and with agreement from both teams.
* Rainout matches will be rescheduled for the THURSDAY of the following week and may be at either Optimist Park or Irish Fields.
Details will be confirmed and forwarded to team reps and, in turn, they will inform the rest of the team.

C-League Schedule
* The outdoor C-LEAGUE season generally commences on the first Wednesday in May and ends on the last Wednesday in August.
* Semi-finals are generally scheduled on the second last Wednesday in August
* Finals are generally scheduled on the last Wednesday in August.
* A combined 'B'/'C' league wrap-up tournament is generally held on the last weekend of the season.
* All games will be played at Optimist Park, the Irish Fields, or McMahon Stadium on WEDNESDAYS.
* Game time will vary from week to week (either 7:00pm or 8:15pm at Optimist or Irish and 7:00pm, 8:15pm, or 9:30pm at McMahon) and will consist of 2 x 30-minute
halves.
* Matches may only be cancelled at the discretion of the umpires and with agreement from both teams.

Outdoor Leagues - Rainout Procedures
* Team captains and umpires must advise the League Co-ordinator (Verla Wong) if a match has been rained out or cancelled.
* If a match has been cancelled halfway due to weather (rain, snow, or lightning), the score for the match will be counted. The score will be recorded according to what it was at the time when the game was called / ended.
* If a match is cancelled early in the first half (i.e. before half of the game can be played), please contact the League Co-ordinator for possibility of rescheduling the match.
* If and when the fields can be and are booked for the rescheduled match, team captains will be contacted. They, in turn, will notify team members. The matches will be played during the respective times with the respective umpires as per the originally scheduled match, where possible.
